Florence, Italy

The Flatiron table stands out through its unconventional and asymmetrical architecture, a design choice that defines its identity and gives it a striking visual presence.
More than just a functional object, it acts as a sculptural centrepiece, capable of shaping the atmosphere of refined residential interiors.
Flatiron Table by Studio Lipparini, won a 2025 Good Design Award from The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and European Centre for Architecture, Art, Design, and Urban Studies.

Its top, defined by a subtle trapezoidal form and softened by gently curved edges, introduces a sense of movement and balance.
Available in three different sizes, the table adapts effortlessly to a variety of spatial needs, enhancing its versatility while maintaining a strong design character.
Whether placed in an intimate dining setting or a more expansive living area, it integrates naturally into sophisticated environments.
Flexibility is further expressed through its range of material configurations.

The Mono Material version offers a cohesive aesthetic, pairing a wooden top with a matching wooden base for a warm and harmonious look.
In contrast, the Double Material option introduces a refined interplay of textures, combining a wooden top with a marble base that adds depth and elegance.
For those seeking greater creative freedom, the Free Combination version allows for customized pairings, including lacquered wooden bases in lead or bronze tones, opening the door to more personalized interior expressions.
Both the design and the name of the table pay homage to the iconic Flatiron Building in New York, originally known as the Fuller Building.

Its distinctive wedge-like form, reminiscent of a cast-iron, inspired not only the table’s geometry but also its bold architectural presence.
The building’s cultural significance was cemented in 1903, when photographer Alfred Stieglitz captured its innovative silhouette, transforming it into a lasting symbol of modern architecture.
Echoing this legacy, the Flatiron table translates architectural inspiration into a refined object of design—where form, material, and history converge to create a timeless piece.
