Mexico City, Mexico
Designed by HOK, the Corporativo Neuchâtel is Mexico City’s first truly high-performance office building, featuring 19 floors of Class A office space with 24,200-square-foot floor plates.
With a prime location in Nuevo Polanco’s premier mixed-use development, the 19-story building features exceptional amenities and flexible 24,200 square-foot floor plates designed to maximize daylight and city views.
Tenants enjoy convenient access to nearby restaurants, services, cultural centers, and museums in Polanco, one of Mexico City’s most desirable neighborhoods.
The project has been awarded an Honorable Mention at the 2023 American Architecture Awards from The Chicago Athenaeum and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.
Its design establishes a striking entrance to the development, featuring an angled northern facade and massing that align with the plot’s geometry.
Sculpted corners accentuate the tower’s gateway presence, improve views and integrate it into the urban landscape.
The main facades have slightly reflective floor-to-ceiling glass and vertical accent fins for shade and texture.
Non-reflective, transparent glass on the corners further enhances the gateway aesthetic.
Corporativo Neuchatel offers amenities such as an exclusive use fitness center and gym with country club-style locker rooms, a fully staffed conference center, and coworking space along with bicycle parking and electric vehicle charging stations.
The base of the building features a hospitality-inspired lobby with integrated café, as well as a library lobby lounge.
