The Super Luxury Villas project is located in Rawai, along the main road No. 4024, with the site extending continuously to the beachfront. The development comprises a total of eight villas, consisting of 2 Type A units (Amathyst Collection), 4 Type B units (Emerald Collection), 2 Type C units (Sapphire Collection) and a Clubhouse building.

The main concept of the project, “Sea Theatre Rawai,” reflects the idea of a theatre with the sea as its backdrop. The masterplan is therefore arranged in a Step Theatre configuration, with the “sea view” serving as the primary stage screen. This arrangement allows each villa to fully embrace panoramic views and the experiential qualities of the Andaman Sea, including the sunrise emerging over the horizon, the rhythm of the tides, and the sea breeze carrying waves to the shore, all of which evolve throughout the day.
