Denver, Colorado, USA

Paradigm River North is a new, eight-story Class AA office development with ground-floor retail at 3400 Walnut Street in the heart of Denver, Colorado’s vibrant River North (RiNo) Art District. The building’s bay windows and oversized industrial-style windows are informed by the surrounding context of the neighborhood and provide plentiful natural daylight, mountain and skyline views and generous connections to the outdoors. Color and materiality are rooted in the Colorado landscape, integrated with accents that pay homage to RiNo’s industrial heritage.
Paradigm River North by Tryba Architects, won an American Architecture Award 2025 from The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design.

The name “Paradigm” refers to the shift toward a next-generation workplace providing thoughtful amenities connected to nature. Upon entry, visitors and employees encounter a dramatic yet welcoming double-height lobby with sculptural reception desk. Integrated Smart technology includes building access via smartphone along with sensors for optimizing user efficiency and comfort. A variety of flexible work and collaboration spaces offer opportunities for meetings, breaks or quiet focus. A curated art program by NINE dot ARTS enhances interior common spaces and contributes to the building’s sense of hospitality.

The LEED-Gold certified building’s four-sided composition ensures every tenant enjoys panoramic skyline views and access to outdoor spaces. On-site bicycle storage, locker room with showers and a state-of-the-art fitness center encourage health and wellness. Open-air access is provided on every floor, with an abundance of terraces, outdoor living rooms, green courtyards, balconies and garden promenades. Lush green plant life enhances the interior, bringing an outdoor experience indoors throughout the year. Energized by the dynamic mixed-use RiNo Art District, Paradigm River North merges quality and craft, contextual design, and connections to nature to provide an exciting and forward-thinking workplace environment.
