Designed by Automobili Lamborghini and the Saudi-based luxury real estate developer, DarGlobal, the Terra Viva residences in Costa Del Sol in Malaga, is a premium, exclusive complex of 53 high-standing villas, valued at €282 million.

The total number of villas set on the side of the hill will be 53, and each one will stand on a different level, providing you with stunning waterfront views.
Future residents are offered three types of villas with spacious living areas from 7,320 square feet to 15,608 square feet and huge plot sizes from 10,818 square feet to 31,011 square feet.
Each residence comes with a private car elevator, ideal for a Lamborghini or any other model of car.
Kitchens will feature built-in appliances, including a fridge, an oven, a hob, a hood, and a dishwasher from Miele or an equivalent brand, while bathrooms will be equipped with sanitary ware from Duravit, Kohler or an equivalent.
Each villa includes direct drive-up access, panoramic pools, multiple terraces, and spectacular gardens, all complete with polished marble floors, fine leather, and glass elements.
