Originally conceived in 2015, Konstantin Grcic’s Remo Chair Collection has now been expanded by Plank to include a newly introduced upholstered version.

Remo is a plywood chair that merges the producer´s artisanal heritage with the latest manufacturing technologies.
The chair’s defining feature, the T-shaped backrest, is made possible through a sophisticated interlocking joint that attaches the curved seat to the horizontal backrest.
This two-piece construction results in an ultra-light but strong shell that offers exceptional comfort.
Remo is produced in two variations: an all wood version, which combines the laminated seat shell with bent plywood legs, and a stackable version with a leg structure in tubular steel.

The new fully upholstered shell captivates with high-quality workmanship.
The flexibility of the backrest brings comfort and movement.
The black hinge in combination with the black powder-coated metal tube frame contrasts with the light and colored upholstery versions and blends in with the elegant dark shades.
In fabric or leather, Remo in the upholstered version is an elegant addition to the living area, as a light chair in the office, or in the various areas of use in hotels, bars, and restaurants.
