Shaofeng Li and the design team at Tus-Design Group Co., Ltd. have revealed the design for a new urban tower developed by Suzhou Wuzhong Dongtaihu Construction and Development near Dongtaihu Lake in Suzhou.

Surrounded by elevated urban roads, the new 150-m high tower rises and rotates to consistently enable an optimal view of the lake at different heights, while giving the greatest possible space to the elevated roads. 

The architectural form not only responds to the spatial relationship of city surroundings but also makes a vivid and eye-catching urban annotation for this important city space.
