Italian designer Jacopo Foggini creates the new outdoor collection for furniture brand Edra, taking inspiration from the sunrays falling over the Aegean Sea, embodying Edra’s aesthetic values: timeless elegance, material research, and extreme quality of craftsmanship.

The collection’s name, “A’mare,” is a playful connotation of the word “mare,” the Italian word for sea, and the verb “amare” which means “to love” in Italian.
Composed of handcrafted pure polycarbonate sticks, the collection comprises outdoor chairs, armchairs, a bench, a sun lounger, a coffee table, and tables in a distinctive translucent blue shade.

The “A’mare” collection appears as if it is created from shiny, solidified water, casting charming reflections on its surroundings.
What’s most impressive about this collection is that both material and color make the furniture pieces disappear if immersed in water.

The furniture pieces may look fragile, yet their construction makes them incredibly durable, elastic, and resistant.
Its essential design is defined by the arrangement of polycarbonate sticks.
