Designed to make ” a bold and expressive statement,” the Alta Tower by Hamonic + Masson & Associés is a twisted structured tower made from a reinforced concrete frame containing 70 apartments and panoramic views of the downtown and the Bassin du Roy and Bassin du Commerce marinas.

Linking the city and the sea, Alta Tower’s architectural style and affirmed expressiveness combine to create a new piece in the port town’s skyline.

Leveraging its prime location, the building enjoys remarkable visibility and boasts exceptional views overlooking the docks.

This strategic positioning allows for a variety of scales to cater to the needs of neighboring residents, offering a diverse range of spaces designed to enhance the living experience of its inhabitants.
