Vertical Garden turns the idea of a storage column into an architectural composition. Designed by Ilenia Viscardi for Laurameroni, the modular piece is articulated by compartments of different sizes, creating a changing rhythm of solid volumes, openings and reflections.
Inspired by Milan’s Bosco Verticale, the design brings greenery into the interior while remaining open to other uses.
Removable trays can hold plants, books, bottles or decorative objects, allowing Vertical Garden to serve as a planter, bookcase or bar cabinet in residential and commercial spaces.
Vertical Garden is available in Laurameroni’s wood and lacquered finishes, as well as a concrete-effect finish. It can be configured with two to five modules, a top element and optional trays.
The trays are available in mirror-polished steel, matching or contrasting wood, or a concrete-effect finish. The interplay of matte surfaces, wood grain and reflected light lends each configuration its own character.
Vertical Garden reflects Laurameroni’s approach to furniture as an element that shapes the room as well as serving it. Its vertical form makes the compartments and their contents part of the composition, while the choice of finishes allows the piece to respond to the surrounding interior.
