Manuela Simonelli and Andrea Quaglio, the duo behind Studio Quaglio Simonelli, designed Mina Sunrise, a 3-in-1 lamp that is aimed to be the perfect bedside companion.
For its intuitive design, Mina Sunrise has been awarded a 2023 Good Design Award by The Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.
With its compact shape, sleek aluminum base, and high-quality display, Mina Sunrise has been designed by Studio Quaglio Simonelli to complement your nightstand and to be easy to interact with.
Pressing the top of the lamp will turn the light on, change the LED color, adjust brightness, or stop the ongoing alarm.
In detail, it features a sunrise simulator to wake up gently with a gradual increase in brightness, an alarm clock with fice preset melodies, including natural sounds, a sunset simulation function to fall asleep peacefully, and an elegant light offering a selection of nine LED colors.
The wake-up light works by gradually changing from dark blue tones to warm white tones 30 minutes before the set wake-up time. This helps to block melatonin and assists in waking up naturally, in a good mood, and feeling refreshed.
While using the sunset mode, Mina Sunrise transitions from orange to red light to help trigger sleep.
