Raffaello Galiotto, the designer behind all Nardi products—a company that specializes in outdoor furniture—presents the new Stack and Combo furniture Collection consisting of recycled plastic stools and tables.
Stack and Combo Collection’s project recently won a 2022 Green Good Design Award from The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.
Stack is a stackable stool, featuring an innovative spiral design, which allows one stool to be stacked on top of another while limiting the projection of the legs from the seat.
It is available in two versions with different seat heights: mini and maxi, which can be combined with the Combo table.
Combo is a table with a round top, which can be combined with a four-leg support frame with an extension (Kit Combo High) in order to vary its height.
The top is also made of regenerated and recyclable polypropylene thanks to an exclusive Nardi production system that allows for flatness and excellent performance for intensive use over time.
Color and the visual and tactile appearance of its surfaces are the results of long-term research by the company to give the regenerated plastic of this furniture a pleasant image and special appeal in outdoor environments where it will be used.
Available in a single terra brown color, which may vary slightly depending on production, this plastic reduces environmental impact and is also 100% recyclable.
Linear shapes and extra-thick sections, inspired by woodworking, are the distinctive features of the collection due to their sturdiness and durability as well as their safety and eco-friendliness.
Stack (stool) and Combo (table) are part of Nardi’s Regeneration project, an industrial program involving the use of regenerated plastic to produce outdoor furniture.
