In 2021, Povilas watched his father die from unexplained causes. At the same time, Vitalijus’ wife was battling debilitating cluster headaches, with no relief.
When their paths crossed and they shared their stories, they made a decision that changed their lives forever. They created Pulsetto: a device designed to change the way we handle stress.
Pulsetto-FIT by Pulsetto UAB, won a 2025 Good Design Award from The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and European Centre for Architecture, Art, Design, and Urban Studies.
Modern humans face stress levels that, 50 years ago, would have been diagnosed as serious mental illness. Our bodies break, our minds burn out, yet we keep going.
In the last 6 years, antidepressant use in the Western World has risen by 66%. 40% turn to alcohol, 38% to smoking, and millions escape through junk food.
Pulsetto offers a new path. It stimulates the vagus nerve—a key player in stress, sleep, digestion, and emotional balance. In just 4 minutes, Pulsetto activates the parasympathetic system, helping your body shift from stress to calm.
Today, Pulsetto leads the way in non-invasive vagus nerve stimulation, helping people reduce stress, sleep better, and boost mental well-being.
The target audience for Pulsetto-FIT includes individuals seeking personalised solutions for stress, anxiety, sleep problems, pain, and overall mental well-being.

This encompasses mindfulness and wellness seekers, biohackers who track biomarkers to optimise health, sleep-deprived individuals, ambitious professionals such as athletes and first responders aiming to manage stress and maintain productivity, women experiencing fatigue and seeking energy recovery, as well as health survivors with serious medical conditions looking for non-invasive, supportive solutions.
Pulsetto-FIT is the next generation of our original device. Now with an improved fit and optimised stimulation, Pulsetto-FIT makes every session even more effective.
It combines hands-free design and is the only device providing bilateral VNS on the neck, delivering more effective and comprehensive results than competitors.
Unlike earlier devices that require handheld use, use indirect stimulation, or focus only on relaxation, Pulsetto directly targets the vagus nerve at the neck, the main nerve trunk, for maximum impact on sleep, stress, pain, gut health, and overall well-being.
Its customisable programs and intuitive interface let users tailor their experience, offering a level of personalisation unmatched in its category.
Clinical trial results are remarkable: stress symptoms (PHQ-9) dropped by 55.2%, anxiety (GAD-7) by 46.8%, and sleep disturbances (PSQI) by 32.8% after just 4 weeks.
The upcoming Pulsetto-FIT will be available in 3 sizes, ensuring comfort and adaptability for all body types. Combining science-backed performance, flexibility, and proven health benefits, Pulsetto sets a new standard in health technology and VNS.
As of now, Pulsetto has around 120,000 active users, of whom many have reported their increased HRVs, better sleep scores, and improvements in mental health. First clinical trials were completed.
3x revenue growth was achieved, going from 2,8 million to 9.5 million in just a year.
Local websites were created l for the key markets including the UK, USA, DACH, Ukraine, Lithuania, Nordics, and Spain. A partnership with Oura was secured and were featured in Bryan Johnson’s Netflix documentary Don’t Die.
A $2M investment was agreed from defense-focused VC Scalewolf to begin entering the military sector, proving Pulsetto’s versatility.
NBA star Domantas Sabonis joined as our ambassador, proving Pulsetto’s adaptability to athletes – another very important customer base.
The next-gen Pulsetto-FIT, developed in just 9 months, exceeded its Indiegogo target by 500% and will launch in physical retail in fall 2025 at New York’s Selfridges SMARTECH, widening our reach to an even broader audience.
Finally, it does not stop here. Pulsetto’s scalability plan involves one day becoming a wellness platform, covering many different fields that help build stress resilience.
Pulsetto will therefore have more devices with even better designs, which will be even more optimised for an incredible user experience.
Additionally, efforts are made on increasing our credibility by conducting more clinical trials and seeking funding to become a certified medical device (e.g., FDA approval).
The in-app user experience is constantly improving, adding new functionalities, broadening helpful resources (such as meditation and breathing exercises), continuously collecting data, and striving to become better and serve as many people as possible, creating their personal wellness experiences.
