Stuttgart, Germany
“The name Porsche stands for performance—on the racetrack and now also when realizing the new Porsche Design Tower. Lifestyle brand Porsche Design has been crafting iconic design products for 50 years, taking Porsche principles beyond the automotive world. Our goal is to create a perfect symbiosis between form and function,” states Jan Becker, CEO of Porsche Lifestyle Group.

Studio F A Porsche’s new Porsche Design Tower Stuttgart together with the Porsche Centre for Design Tower Stuttgart, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bülow AG, is designed to enrich the skyline of Stuttgart with another architectural city landmark.
Situated nearby to Porsche Zentrum Stuttgart. In Pragsattel, the entire facade of the 90-meter-high building is expected to be completed in the summer of 2022.
The new tower will be one of the tallest buildings in Stuttgart and will house an exclusive 4-star superior hotel—Radisson Blu.

The Porsche Design Tower Stuttgart is impressive not only because of its exclusive materials and modern glass facade with floor-to-ceiling windows but also because of the creative interplay between formal facade surfaces and visible, technical-functional elements.
Another characteristic feature is the transfer of the horizontal slats of the Porsche Center into the architecture of the high-rise building, which creates a contrasting emphasis of the individual floors.
The assembly of the glass roof from the ground floor to the ninth floor took place parallel to the shell. The interior fittings are to be carried out immediately afterwards.
On the lower eight floors of the tower, approximately 5,500 square meters of office space will be created, which will be occupied by Porsche Consulting GmbH as anchor tenant. In future, the Porsche Design Tower will be the headquarters of the management consultancy.
A 168-room Radisson BLU hotel is under construction on floors 9-23. Excellent transport links and spacious meeting and event facilities make the hotel ideal, especially for business travelers.
The restaurant and bar, including the roof terrace on the tenth floor, impress with a spectacular view of the city center of the capital of Baden-Württemberg.

The future Porsche Center developed by Porsche Deutschland together with Volkswagen Immobilien Blue GmbH & Co. KG will be built according to the new “Destination Porsche” business concept.
It emphasizes high quality of stay in all retail formats; visitors should be able to authentically experience the brand and exchange ideas.
One of the special features of the Pragsattel site will be an area where selected products from the Porsche Design and Porsche Lifestyle brands will be available. Porsche fans can also “take a look behind the scenes;” From Heilbronner Strasse they can see through a large bay window the workshop in the first basement.
A convenient parking service for the underground car park is also available to visitors to the Porsche Center. A fast-charging infrastructure is being created outside; the roof of the building will be vegetated and equipped with a photovoltaic system.
