Guatemala City, Guatemala
Applying innovative design and extremely high quality standards, Pininfarina of America has designed Torre Carra, for Grupo San Siro, a high-end residential tower set to become one of the tallest buildings in Guatemala City.

Torre Carra has recently been awarded a 2023 International Architecture Award Honorable Mention, by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.
The 38-unit tower will feature Italian Carrara marble to convey warm, inviting tones. Influenced by the quintessentially Italian art and architecture of Pininfarina, the sculpted Carrara marble reflects the design house’s values of ” elegance, purity and innovation.”

The art of sculpting – manipulating mass and texture to shape light and space to convey a distinct message – is the main inspiration behind the luxurious Torre Carra.
As evidenced in the transformation of the material, sourced from the mountains and delicately molded into beautiful organic forms, the midrise residential tower’s design process follows a similar path: shaping and refining a unique and captivating aesthetic.
The curved façade, with expansive terraces at each level, provides the units with abundant natural light and represents an iconic design element, visible from across the city.
