Ideal for young families and urbanites, its prime location offers proximity to various amenities, including reputable schools.

For its distinctive hybrid design, the project has been awarded a 2023 Good Design Award by The Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.

This design not only provides premium units with views overlooking the neighboring development’s facilities but also contributes to the development’s unique character. The Skyscraper houses premium three- and four-bedroom units, while the Groundscraper accommodates a distinctive collection of two-bedroom Garden Suites.

Communal spaces abound, with a lush lawn, playground, and BBQ area on the ground floor. The second and third floors feature lounges, yoga decks, and pebble seats for residents’ relaxation.

The fourth floor is crowned by an infinity pool with hydro-massage, a kids’ pool with spouts, rain dance features, and wet decks.

Embracing a garden-inspired concept, the development brings residents close to nature with 6m-high curtain walls on the lower floors, providing breathtaking, unobstructed outdoor views.

Internally, well-appointed interiors feature premium finishes such as engineered timber flooring for bedrooms and marble flooring for the living and dining areas.

Balcony ceilings are adorned with composite timber, enhancing the nature-themed design.

Bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes with a magic track for master bedrooms, while kitchens boast built-in cabinetry, appliances, and fittings.
