West Surabaya, Indonesia
Ong & Ong has erected an iconic 28-story tower to host the new headquarters for the Satoria Group, a company poised to become a global player in the field of hospitality, property, manufacturing, entertainment, trading, and other services.
The Satoria Tower has recently been awarded a 2022 International Architecture Awards Honorable Mention by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.
Located in the new CBD area in West Surabaya, the tower is a mixed development, comprising an exclusive office tower on the higher floors and premium 2-floor lofts.
The tower design fuses an energetic lifestyle with timeless elegance, with warm and modern interiors framed by expansive windows with golf and city views.
The development is complemented with international-standard modern telecommunication facilities, 24-hour security, access card, 7 floors of parking spaces, and the conveniences of having a ballroom, bank, ATM Center, cafes, and restaurants in one building.

The multi-faceted curves of the building take the form of an Indonesian warrior’s shield, adding sophistication and enhancing the skyline of West Surabaya.
The building was also designed to taper towards the middle so that its wider base serves as an aesthetic connection to the city and its people.
The development sits on the main boulevard of HR Mohammad, a new Central Business District (CBD) area in West Surabaya.

The addition of large windows all around offers great views of the surrounding cityscape and the nearby golf course.
Programmatically, Satoria Tower has multiple floors of office and SOHO units, in addition to Satoria’s headquarters office which occupies the top three floors.
The tower is also equipped with amenities to serve all occupants.
