ONE is an innovative skyscraper in the business district of the Russian capital, Moscow City. The project will be implemented by the developer, MR, as part of the collectible real estate business, MR Private.
The look of the new skyscraper was designed by the Architect, Chief architect of Moscow, Sergey Kuznetsov. The co-author of the project was Dmitry Sukhov, architect and creative director of the Genpro Bureau.

One Tower by Sergey Kuznetsov, won an 2026 International Architecture Award from The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design.
The Sky Garden, the tallest park in Europe, will appear on the 85th floor. This is a thousand square meters of landscaping with large-scale structures at an altitude of more than 340 meters under a panoramic dome.
In addition to the park, a private cinema, library, billiard rooms, a kids’ club, fitness rooms for individual workouts, and many other spaces will become part of the club’s infrastructure.

A shopping gallery and gourmet restaurants, a fitness center with a swimming pool and a preventive medicine clinic will appear on the first floors of the skyscraper.
ONE will include apartments and duplex penthouses. And on floors 5 to 30th there are Prime class office spaces.
At the same time, vertical zoning and navigation will ensure privacy for both residents and residents of the business part of the building. And all this with service at the level of the world’s best hotels. The project will be implemented by 2030.
