Berlin, Germany
Designed by the Danish design studio Jacob Jensen Design, known for his innovative designs for Bang & Olufsen, Vision 195 is one of six new projects that make up Polish manufacturer Danwood’s new Vision brand of premium house designs that were launched in Germany.
The new brand was created in cooperation with Danwood and the Danish Jacob Jensen, who was responsible for the functional concept and architectural design.
The house is a modern, fully prefabricated building dedicated to people who look for a luxurious sense of space with a modern, simple exterior.
While designing Vision 195, the Jacob Jensen designers aimed to create both a universal and comfortable type of house and at the same time a fully functional place where each resident would feel great regardless of where the house is built.
The house demonstrated a Scandinavian design approach integrated in Polish craftsmanship with optimization, modularity and minimalism as the fundamental source of inspiration, throughout the six designs in the series.
Inspired by rationalism and functional-driven form, the design is minimal and subtle resulting in a beautiful home and optimized living space.
Impressive glass façades, defined lines and contrasting surfaces in combination is the exterior characteristic of Vision, highlighting a horizontal motion.
While the interior is light and clean, genuine, geometric, airy and calm, creating an open and inviting space that is typically associated with Scandinavian living.
Open and spacious, warm and cozy, inviting nature inside – all of which will enhance the well-being of the residents allowing them to connect to the nature VR technology is used, allowing the potential customers to visualize their dream house with different exterior material options prior to signing the deal of their life.
