Designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture (AS+GG), the visionary team behind the world’s most recognizable architectural landmarks, the tower is conceived as a work environment of the future, seamlessly integrating intelligent building technologies, low-carbon engineering, and a luxury guest experience within an unforgettable architectural silhouette.
The program is arranged to maximize efficiency, experience, and exclusivity. The podium hosts a distinguished retail and lifestyle destination spread across three levels with a striking 24-meter atrium.
This elevated podium introduces a curated mix, including the Forbes Club, Forbes Studio, and the Forbes Business Center, equipped with private meeting suites and auditoriums tailored for global conferences and executive media production.
Complementing this is a premium wellness center, featuring a spa and gym tailored for holistic well-being within the workday cycle.
Above, the tower’s vertical work environment is distributed across low-rise and high-rise office floors, followed by executive office levels with private landscaped terraces overlooking the city skyline, delivering unprecedented indoor–outdoor workspace connectivity.
The pinnacle of the structure houses the extraordinary Forbes Palace, a two-floor executive retreat that offers an unparalleled sense of privacy and luxury, crowned by a signature helipad that forms the tower’s defining architectural crown.
Beneath the tower, six basement levels spanning over 117,000 m² provide more than 2,000 parking spaces, exceeding code requirements and prioritizing convenience, safety, and premium user experience.

The project targets up to 85% embodied carbon reduction through low-carbon materials and renewable-powered supply chains, while operational emissions are minimized through advanced façade engineering, intelligent energy governance, and a dual clean-energy system combining the world’s largest vertical BIPV façade and LOHC clean hydrogen storage technology, transforming the tower into a net-positive energy generator.
