Following other car manufacturers, Bugatti has revealed its plans for a 42-story skyscraper, developed in partnership with Dubai developer Binghatti and set to be developed in the Business Bay area of Dubai.
As its creators have stated the building is “an icon that the world has never seen before- a legacy to create the incomparable.”
The Bugatti Residences, as the project is named, will “reflect the serenity of the French Riviera in the heart of Dubai,” states Bugatti, adding that the residential building will be an “architectural masterpiece.”
The residences aim to create a genuine atmosphere of excellence and style that is inspired by Bugatti’s design DNA.
The Bugatti Residences comprise 171 apartments, referred to by the developer as Riviera Mansions, and 11 penthouses dubbed Sky Mansion Penthouses.
Each apartment will stand out for its unique shape with access to a curved balcony, while the building will be topped with a pool.
there will be garage-to-penthouse car lifts that will allow owners to drive their cars directly into their apartments.
Additionally, there will be a private spa, a members club, and a “Riviera-inspired beach.”
The French Riviera aesthetic will be also incorporated into the interior design “captured the hearts of connoisseurs of refined living,” as Bugatti explains.
“In the same way that Bugatti has translated the beauty and sophistication of French luxury into the design of its hyper sports cars, Bugatti Residences brings the breeze and feel of the French Riviera into this private oasis,” it continued.
“In its organically sculpted design, Bugatti Residences by Binghatti manifests the beauty of the Riviera’s spirit and flair.”
The project is motivated by Bugatti’s heritage as a luxury French brand and expert craftsmanship, adding the resulting architectural masterpiece is designed to evoke the same emotions as Bugatti’s hyper sports cars, which have captivated fans worldwide for over a century.
