1450 w/ Peachtree Street by Scott Sickeler and Tim Keepers of BLUR Workshop is a micro-unit short-term rental mixed-use project that serves as a prototype to bridge the gap between apartments and Airbnb.
It is an impressive 17-story tower with 139 short-term residential units, 149 hotel rooms, 14,200 square feet of co-working and fitness space, and a 5,235 square feet rooftop pool.
1450 w/ Peachtree Street has been awarded a 2023 Future House Award by Global Design News and The Chicago Athenaeum Museum for Architecture and Design.
With each unit being fully furnished, with a kitchen, each room type will serve as the perfect space for tenants who want to live without the hassle of furnishing their own space and want the flexibility of staying as short as two weeks.
Secondary components, which are included in the rent but are also accessible to the public, include a café, a co-working space, a large gym, and a large rooftop pool and games deck.
