Aedas creates the G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor linking Shanghai and its neighboring cities, led by the goal of accelerating regional integration in the Yangtze River Delta.
This project is literally connected with Aedas’ G60 Innovation Center, situated at the starting point of the corridor, as a gateway landmark.
In the overall planning of the area, the design assigns the Innovation Central Avenue as a central axis.
The area comprises various commercial, office, conference, entertainment, and hotel elements that are symmetrically laid out within the area.
Aedas has managed to expertly connect this diverse leisure, cultural, and business functions, a work-live integrated high-end complex is created.
The primary aim of the project is to enhance the regional economic integration to build world-class industrial clusters and to strengthen regional collaboration to build a hotbed of science and technology innovation.
