Kitchen design specialists Zephyr Ventillation design team develops Zephyr Connect a mobile application that will enhance performance in the kitchen with a simple-to-use interface, making what used to seem impossible, possible.
The Zephyr Connect allows customers to remotely control their kitchen range hood from anywhere using a mobile device and brings the connected kitchen to the next level with voice activation through smart home speakers, intuitive support, and direct access to online resources
The project has been awarded a 2021 Good Design Award by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.
Zephyr Connect seamlessly integrates with Amazon Alexa and Google Home devices for voice activation to control the hood functions.
There are more than 150 million smart speakers on the market today and one of the most common places to see them is in the kitchen.
Zephyr Connect allows us to leverage these smart speakers so you can control the hood using your voice.
The Zephyr Connect app will also alert users on things you didn’t know to ask for with its intuitive support technology.
The app sends reminders when it’s time to clean or replace filters, linking directly to the model, the right parts to purchase, and how-to videos that walk you through the installation.
Users will also be notified if the hood has been left on for more than three hours. With the app, you can now turn off your hood from anywhere.
If the customer should ever need assistance with their hood, Zephyr Connect offers intuitive support with high-level product diagnostics for easy access to Zephyr Product Support.
The app includes quick access to warranty information, a range of how-to videos, and convenient links to online resources.
The Zephyr Connect app is compatible with select wall, island, and insert Zephyr range hoods.
