Avro is a family of lamps designed by Studio Natural’s Marco De Santi and Alessandro Paoletti for the Italian brand Martinelli Luce.
With an iconic design, they are made to facilitate smart working and domestic activities, focusing on functionality and appeal.
Avro has been awarded a 2023 Good Design Award by The Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.
Studio Natural wanted this pendant light not only to simplify working from home but also to facilitate the use of devices that require electricity, transforming the dining table into a functional workshop easily.
Thanks to the power socket at the bottom of its shade, Avro stands out, as you are no longer obliged to have one on the wall next to the table.
Curved, sinuous, and bright, Avro is designed to fit in any family environment as well as in an office.
The tapered and slim shape allows the lamp to be fixed at the right height to ensure non-invasive and optimal use of the electrical source by the user.
The lower peninsula is symmetrical to the upper development of the reflector, making Avro balanced ensuring the insertion of a Shuko plug without breaking the harmony of forms.
