Wim Segers, Bob Segers, and Tom Fonteyn of Belgium-based Studio Segers design the Oka Collections inspired by the studio’s architecture tour of Japan, reducing each of the nine pieces to their very essence.
The Oka collection has been awarded a 2020 Good Design Award by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.
The series, featuring strong lines, shapes, and artforms, provides spaces with a touch of elegant modernism, and a myriad of design possibilities with its various chair sizes and ottomans.
The faultless design was cultivated to withstand any season whether choosing a piece with a cushion — made of an outdoor poly-fiber pad and premium all-weather fabric — or without, Oka’s lightweight, powder-coated aluminum structure allows for exceptional flexibility and durability.
The collection is available in three core finishes — Space Gray, Muscade, and White — and can be used in residential, contract, or hospitality settings, with features like easy maintenance and stackability ensuring the product is a fit for any application.
