The wayfinding system was reimagined for the BCA Braddell Campus to provide a fresh take and improve its signage system, thereby enhancing navigation and visitor experience.
Wayfinding for BCA Bradell Campus byBCA Braddell Campus won a 2025 Good Design Award from The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and European Centre for Architecture, Art, Design, and Urban Studies.

The project involved a unified vehicular and pedestrian wayfinding system, grounded in a cohesive branding strategy reflecting BCA’s identity and vision.
The design features prominent alphabetical building identifiers for clear navigation, supported by color-coded zones and blocks for orientation.
The BCA logo is subtly etched on each sign, reinforcing brand consistency. A standout design element is the use of parametric ribbing on signage, adding a futuristic and modern aesthetic.

Sleek vehicular signage pylons with inset lighting provide both functional guidance and visual appeal.
Complementing these elements are branded place-making features that create a unique spatial narrative, improving navigation and reinforcing BCA’s brand identity throughout the visitor journey.
