A minimalist LED lighting system based on the Nine pendant, “Ziggy” by Richard Klapper of Designplan Lighting offers a configurable solution for office, residential, or commercial environments.
For its creative design, Ziggy has recently been awarded a 2022 Good Design Award by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.
The connectors allow the designer to make any geometric shape (4 sides minimum) or any linear shape.
The sections are adjustable +/- 90° using the connectors, with sections available in 2-, 3-, and 4-foot sections with remote drivers.
The indirect emission on top of the luminaire offers a linear spread, while the direct emission on the bottom is diffused and offers 1850 lumens.
The body is comprised of extruded aluminum with no visible canopy, with the power in the suspension cable.
Ziggy is available in 4 color temperatures, with remote driver (dimming available), and 4 standard finishes — Black Suede, Bronze, Matte Silver, White Suede.
It can also be made in custom colors on request.
