The designer Inma Bermúdez in collaboration with Roca Sanitario created a vibrant collection of faucets that bring a new flair into the bathroom space.
The Roca Nu Collection has been awarded for its vivid design a 2023 Good Design Award by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.
The collection’s faucets feature three different handles – Pin, Dome, and Stripes – and six eye-catching colors that allow for unfettered creativity and endless possibilities.
There are some fine and subtle details in the Nu Collection, that create an element of play in the everyday routine.
For instance, the red and blue dots that indicate cold and hot are discreetly placed under the handles so that when the tap is turned on, the design creates a smiling face, a bit like that of a little English Guardsman with a top hat and raised sword.
Studio Inma Bermúdez is committed to sustainability; with the aerator hidden inside the faucet and the application of the Cold Start System, Nu’s timeless design reduces the flow of water every time it is used and avoids unnecessary C02 emissions.
