Flavia Aroma by Lavazza Group, won a 2025 Good Design Award from The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and European Centre for Architecture, Art, Design, and Urban Studies.
The New Aroma Brewer has a compact footprint and fits almost anywhere, making it ideal for small and home offices. The sleek and modern product has been designed in Italy by Lavazza’s own in-house team.
It evolves the existing form language of Flavia with intersecting volumes and provides a vision for the future line-up of the brand. All surfaces and volumes are precisely controlled with strong and stable main body and soft, sensual transitions of volumes.
The acceleration and curvature of the lines and surfaces are fluid and sensual. Materials, colours, and surface finishes were carefully chosen to reflect the professional setting they operate in: high-gloss polished shells in Black or Cool Grey with exceptional reflections and highlights.
The machine is expressive and elegant – supported by real metal accents. Seen from the front, the symmetric layout features a rotating door and an adjustable cup stand.
The transparent water tank is comparatively big and holds 2,5 litres. It is a separate volume at the back and reduces the visual bulk of the brewer.
Special attention was placed on areas that require direct user interaction – be it at the front or at the rear. The intuitive user interface is positioned on top and is ergonomically angled.
It has a backlit silicone pad and allows for easy operation, making it simple to brew your favourite coffee varieties.

This patented Freshpack technology offers a full range of beverages from many different brands. It brews in multiple sizes: 3 oz for iced drinks, 7 & 9 oz for standard cups, and 12 oz for travel mugs.
Its Pack-to-Cup brewing process guarantees that only hot water touches the ingredients, preserving flavour integrity.
