Axan means “now” in the Mexican Nahuatl language. The Axan Chair by Braco&Gos is inspired by the simplicity of Nordic design and the aesthetic lightness of Japanese furniture.

Axan has been awarded a Prize Design for Modern Furniture + Lighting 2023 by Global Design News and The Chicago Athenaeum Museum for Architecture and Design.

It is designed by Emmanuel Hernández Martínez and Alvaro Basagoiti Pla-Font, founders of Braco & Gos.

Its timeless design has a solid idea of showing its assembly and manufacturing, revealing the naturalness of the raw materials used.

Versatile to expand a whole collection of seating pieces in various shapes and colors.
