Istanbul, Turkey
Located in Acibadem, one of Istanbul’s promising central districts, the Benesta Benleo Acibadem by TAGO Architects is a mixed-use project that comprises approximately 900 residences and 30 commercial units.
Benesta Benleo Acıbadem has recently been awarded a 2023 International Architecture Award by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture, Design, and Urban Studies.
All residences have different views in four main directions, with a sea view on the south, a forest view on the west, a Çamlıca Tower view on the north, and Istanbul Financial Centre Complex view on the east.
The design of the project is based on the idea of Benleo Park, a recreational area of approximately 13-decares surrounded by 8 residential blocks, which escalates its green effect to the upper floors and creates terraces.
The complex contains a commercial market to serve the residents of the building, a car garage, a swimming pool, a reception department, 24/7 security, a sauna, a Turkish bath, a tennis court, and more.
Benleo Park has different functional stations for its residents to have activities and playgrounds for physical and mental health for all age groups.
