William Welch designs a sustainable braille embossed minimal brown cardboard box lid that incorporates an inclusive sensory experience for both the visually impaired and people with good vision.
Braille 100% Compostable Luxury Flatware Packaging has recently been awarded a 2023 Green Good Design Award by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.
The Braille 100% Compostable Luxury Flatware Packaging is created for those who read the braille explanation which describes the contents of the box, or simply, for other users to see the braille as minimal graphic art, both highlighting how considered design can create a rewarding human experience.
The 100% compostable packaging is designed using natural materials, water-based printing inks, and water-based glues, hopefully achieving a luxury outcome to support the brand positioning.
