Designed by Sara Zama, Mirko Lorenzini, and Nilo Gioacchini from Nilo Gioacchini Design for Viglacera Trading, P!LL is a vertical unit that integrates all basic bathroom functions into minimum space allowing it to be in places never before possible, including residential and offices renovations; literally wherever the available space is limited.
The P!LL project has been awarded a 2021 Good Design Award by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.
When P!LL can be combined with a shower tray, all the primary functions are available.
The toilet WC offers the possibility of providing an electronic bidet, something like an intelligent toilet.
The washbasin is equipped with removable taps for the toilet’s better cleaning function.
The repositionable board transforms the sink into a washboard.
The storage container is made of rotomolding and is available in a wide range of colors.
P!LL can express itself in vertical synthesis, being particularly suitable for meeting unusual requirements of limited space, but also in public areas, as well as second homes, studios, apartments, or urban renovation projects.
Metamorphosis is the word that comes to mind to describe P!LL. From a vertical unit, when converted with a simple rotation, this system turns into a very practical bathroom space.
