Otto screens are unique and elegant ways to define space. They are self-supporting acoustic panels that can be used to create separate areas while maintaining an open feel.
Otto Screens and Dividers by Nienkåmper International Inc, won a 2025 Good Design Award from The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and European Centre for Architecture, Art, Design, and Urban Studies.

Otto screens offer excellent visual and acoustic separation and can be used to create semi-secluded areas within an open workplace easily and quickly. Panels are available in three heights, 48″, 72” and 94.5″, and two widths, 24.5″ straight and 21″ curved.
These panels are made of patented double-sided incision-type flexible wood, which allows for the creation of flexible semi-translucent panels that offer unexpected levels of sound absorption. The panels are executed in an architectural style with complex geometrical incisions.

Otto screens are available with fitted bookcases and credenza storage that nest perfectly into the curved panels, creating elegant storage solutions with the added benefit of defining special surroundings and improving the acoustic environment.
Otto screens are available in a solid maple, walnut or oak frame with an acoustic panel made of flexible wood, available in both straight and curved designs, as well as a straight panel made of PLam or wood veneer.
