Designed by Gregor Fras and his design team, Noordung is one of the most eye-catching and innovative electric bicycles of the year comprising an air pollution particle sensor, a retro-style design, and a set of four powerful speakers, which are able to produce a high-fidelity sound.

It has a carbon fiber frame, a stem and bar set that measures 680 mm, 5-spoke, 27.5-inch wheels, Pirelli Angel GT Urban tires, a 10-speed Microshift Advent transmission, and a high-end Magura braking system.
In addition, it has a stylish, rounded, vintage headlamp made by Litemove.
Pedal assistance is provided by a small, 250W hub motor that makes very little noise.
The Noordung e-bike weighs just 17.3 kilograms without the boombox.
The Boombox, as its name suggests, has a high-quality built-in entertainment system comprised of four separate speakers mounted around the top of the bike’s frame.
However, the most exciting innovation inside the Noordung is a PM 2.5 and PM 10 particle sensor which keeps track of air pollution.
While taking it for a ride or using the device as a standalone speaker, you are tracking real-time data on air quality.
Once aggregated, it’s made available to you through the dedicated Noordung app so the riders can find the least polluted routes and enjoy the freshest air possible.
Noordung weighs 3.5 kg and conceals a ton of cool technology while maintaining the bike’s sophisticated and clean appearance.
It is powered by a 300 Wh battery, which has a range of up to 37 miles, can be used also as a standalone power bank, and as the manufacturer states, it takes around three hours to fully charge the battery.
“Striving to produce a high-end product was an easy decision to make, since we are a team of perfectionists and only the best is good enough for us. A lot of innovations can only be achieved by manual work, which gives the whole product a personality which reflects our passion to strive for excellence,” Mr. Fras points out.
