Designed to enhance the child’s development process, the latest NUK Toddlers Tableware collection designed by Newell Brands brings an updated aesthetic and patented functionality from a brand committed to nurturing healthy transitions from birth to toddler.
The design has been recently awarded a 2021 Good Design Award by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.
The concept is based on the fact that kids want to be like adults. It’s in their nature to mimic our actions.
Meanwhile, parents want their kids to learn to do things for themselves and are always on the lookout for products that aid in this process.
Until now, the market was lacking in one major area: eating.
NUK children’s tableware is a cohesive collection of eating tools that encourage a child’s natural development while also looking great on the table.
The design team embarked on an extensive discovery process, observing children eating, conducting usability studies, and assessing parent feedback. From this, a more nurturing and enjoyable eating experience was designed.
Babies, their parents, and caregivers now have a complete, and cohesive collection to support them at mealtime.
Plates, bowls, and utensils are thoughtfully designed expressly around a child’s development.
The latest NUK Toddlers Tableware collection is made of a bright color palette to be more attractive to kids.
