Nacar Design and HP draw the future of sustainable printing by launching the new HP Latex 700/800 Printer Series which aims to offer better functionality along with minimizing its environmental impact.
HP Latex 700/800 Printer Series recently won a 2022 Green Good Design Award from The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.
Every year new digital printing technology emerges, aiming to find the latest ways to improve the printing quality while minimizing printing time and keeping it sustainable.
With an end-to-end approach, HP continues to drive a greater sustainable impact in large-format printing with each new generation of HP Latex Printing System.
HP has the commitment and the scale to address current, as well as anticipated environmental needs, and to continue leading the change in signage printing.

The HP Latex 700/800 Printer Series are using water-based ink technology, meaning up to 65 percent of the ink formula is water.
The latest water-based HP Latex Inks are designed to avoid the hazards associated with other inks without trading off performance making safer operations easier with a more comfortable work environment for your operators.
HP Latex Inks don’t require special ventilation, as they do not release Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs).
They avoid reactive monomer chemistry exposure and ozone generation.
Radiant heat and forced airflow evaporate the liquid and set the latex, binding the pigments and substrate together to leave a durable image on the print media surface.

Aspiring to a world without waste and with an end-to-end approach, HP Latex 700/800 Printer Series continues to drive a greater sustainable impact in large-format printing through manufacturing, product design materials, and product and print end of life.
HP provides eco-conscious media choices to ensure the proper print end of life with prints that are non-hazardous and safe for disposal, locally recyclable, or returnable free of charge to HP.
Also, HP Latex 700 / 800 printer series say goodbye to plastic-based ink cartridges with the new HP Eco-carton ink cartridges reducing plastic by 80% and achieving a 66% reduction in CO2 equivalence.

The HP Eco-carton ink cartridges are made of recycled materials and SFI-sourced paper fiber.
When cartridges are empty, the outer carton can be broken down and recycled locally.
The inner ink bag is returned to HP for free via the HP Planet Partner program, where the plastic is reprocessed into new supplies creating a closed-loop system that sends zero to landfill.
Each HP Latex 700 / 800 printer utilizes 20% recycled and ocean-bound plastics saving almost 10kg of plastic from entering landfills.
The goal of HP is to create technology that makes life better for everyone, everywhere.
