David Karásek from mmcité and Eduard Herrmann and Matěj Coufal from Herrmann and Coufal create the new Elk Bike Stand in the shape of an endless curve, clean, and recognizable at a first sight.
The project has been awarded a 2021 Good Design Award by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies for its design and recycled quality.
A bicycle stand that ends up being a sculpture.
The endless line of the basic form is enriched by angular corners, creating a highly functional stand with aesthetic qualities that are hard to find elsewhere on the market.
The unique concept of the stand for three bikes allows you to create interesting parking stations.
Elk’s clean design and gentle lines make it easy to incorporate it into all kinds of architectural projects, contemporary or historical.
Recycled and fully recyclable cast aluminum structure.
Suitable for up to three bicycles and surface mounted.
