Developed and designed by Masimo, Stork is a revolutionary home baby monitor designed to provide parents with essential insights into their baby’s health and well-being for peace of mind and confidence.

For its innovative design, Masimo Stork has been awarded a 2023 Good Design Award by The Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.
Masimo is a global pioneer in noninvasive monitoring technologies and a leading provider of pulse oximetry to global hospitals. They created Stork wanting to transform the parenting experience by improving understanding and connection with their baby.

The Stork ecosystem comprises several components including a boot with a sensor, a high-resolution video camera, a hub, and a mobile app.
The boot contains meticulously engineered sensors that accurately and dependably track the baby’s oxygen saturation, pulse rate, and temperature.

This is the very same sensor technology that is used by hospitals to monitor over 10 million babies annually.
The system also includes a 2K QHD-capable camera offering superior nighttime vision and crisp two-way audio.
With additional features to monitor room conditions like temperature, humidity, and noise levels, this holistic monitoring system ensures the comprehensive well-being of the baby.

Data from all components feed into the Stork app, which allows parents to track their baby’s health data and milestones, view summaries of averages and trends, and even share images directly.
The boot, hub, and camera exhibit soft curves and cute proportions providing a baby-friendly appeal, while still delivering clinically proven accuracy in tracking health data.
