New York, New York, USA
Anchoring the largest private real estate development in U.S. history, 10 and 30 Hudson Yards, designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, embrace the prevailing character of the West Side and announces the burgeoning neighborhood with a fresh visual dynamic.
The project was recently awarded with a 2020 International Architecture Award from The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies and The Chicago Athenaeum.
Rising above the Empire State Building, the 1,296-foot-tall 30 Hudson Yards is the third tallest office building in New York City, and features river-to-river panoramic views, outdoor terraces, a triple-height lobby, and direct access to the No. 7 subway line.
The tallest tower in the neighborhood, 30 Hudson Yards, is home to the highest outdoor observation deck in the Western Hemisphere, and serves as the headquarters for global media and entertainment company WarnerMedia; as well as its subsidiaries, HBO, CNN, Turner Broadcasting and Warner Brothers.
KKR, Facebook, and more also have offices in the building.
The Class-A office tower features large, efficient floor plans, cutting-edge communications systems for tenants, and unparalleled amenities for workers.
Anchoring the southern corner of the site and straddling the famed High Line, 10 Hudson Yards, also a Class-A office tower, serves as the global headquarters for Tapes-try Inc., including Coach and Stuart Weitzman, and is home to world-class companies including L’oréal USA, BCG, and SAP.
Coach’s vertical campus features a soaring atrium and floor-to-ceiling glass in a column-free space designed to accommodate the modern high-density office environment.
Designed as a pair, the two towers tilt in opposing directions, one faces the city and the other toward the Hudson River engaging in a purposeful dialogue with one another.
The towers’ dynamic skyline presence offers varying experiences depending on the viewing location and marks Hudson Yards within the New York cityscape.
