New Orleans, Louisiana

Paying homage to New Orleans’ musical heritage and the city’s contribution to music worldwide, local architectural practice EskewDumezRipple has presented its design for the New Louisiana Music and Heritage Experience Museum, a conceptual building, located in downtown New Orleans.

The design team has used Artificial Intelligence (AI) programs to present their plans to the public drawing inspiration from instruments’forms such as guitars and saxophones. 

The museum will have state-of-the-art exhibits, performance spaces, a research/archival area, a museum store, and classroom/education areas.

It will also include a music club and restaurant where visitors can enjoy original New Orleans’ music and food.

The museum is scheduled to open in 2027.
