Revlon AirStraigh, designed by Helen of Troy is the newest tool within the OneStep family that Revlon first created with the volumizer tool with unique vent design evenly distributes concentrated airflow while maintaining 100% of hair’s natural moisture.
The Revlon AirStraight combines and simplifies the routine of drying and straightening in one step.
For its designand advnaced technological nature, the Revlon AirStraigh has been awarded a 2023 Good Design Award by The Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.
Straight-flat hair style remains the most common hairstyle in the global market, it normally requires the hair to be dry first to then undergo the process of straightening with a flat iron or similar.
AirStraight efficiently incorporates evenly spaced air vents with straightening fins.
On one side, the vents allow the flow of cool, warm, or hot air so the user can start their routine from damp hair, while on the other, the fins-bristle uniformly spread out the hair into small sections and straighten them while they glide within.
The fins can also be activated and be used in conjunction with the airflow for quicker drying and deliver extra shine, or be used as standalone features so as to use the tool as a hot comb for second-day touch-ups.
To not disturb the style just created and to avoid flyaway while repositioning to a new section, the tool automatically stops the airflow when open.
The silhouette of the tool combines a sweeping body that celebrates the key area of the tool.
The head section is completed with smooth ribbing to allow the user to safely apply further pressure when clamping down if needed.
The slim center section permits ideal hand placement. The base of the tool incorporates a rotating dial to switch between settings and the lock position.
The AirPause Technology activates air flow automatically when handles are squeezed together, and pauses the airflow when released. 1.4” plates combined fins and teeth to separate hair into small sections for faster, even drying and straightening.
Ceramic plate coatings boost shine and reduce damage.
The device has six heat settings: include a combination of just air (cool, low, medium, high) and mix shine (fins on plus medium air, just fins.)
