MOCI Table is a work of wood craftsmanship designed by Moa Sjöberg for the Swedish furniture company Asplund that reimagines the dining table with a softer, more sinuous form.
The large dining table has become softer!
Young designer Moa Sjöberg’s beautiful table is determined in its design language and defines the balance between the straight and the round, the hard and the soft and thin and chunky.
It is distinguished by the oval or rather “eye shaped” massive legs that meet the rounded edges of the proportionally thin top in an elegant manner.
For its timeless and contemporary design, the MOCI Table has recently been awarded a 2022 Good Design Award by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.
A table that brings both classic and minimalistic styles together and could fit in multiple architectural interiors.
The new MOCI table designed by Moa Sjöberg for ASPLUND Collection had its official launch at Stockholm Design Week.
Since its preview, this grand dining/meeting table has received much attention from both Swedish and international clients.
The table is handmade in Sweden with legs in turned solid oak and a top in oak veneer.
