With a stimulating spatial design challenge, GME Design has designed TRIIP table, an oval top, extremely padded at the edges, resting on a cross-shaped frame, characterising this table, which is both sculptural and light.

For its conceptual design, the project has recently won a 2024 Prize Designs for Modern Furniture + Lighting Award from The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and Global Design News.
The 50 mm thick panel is chamfered to an edge thickness of 10 mm and veneered with ALPI Gabo Ebony.
In the surface, matt stainless steel strips of different lengths are recessed at irregular intervals up to the edge of the table and lacquered with clear matt lacquer.
The cross-shaped table frame, made of matt stainless steel and wood veneered with Alpi Gabon Ebony, is layered and makes the top look weightless.
