the Swiss-Italian designer, head of Zalaba Design, presents the Aisuu Lounge Chair, a minimal lounge chair made of high-grade materials combined with sleek industrial design, created for Walter Knoll.
The main source of inspiration for the Aisuu Lounge Chair is Otto Kolb’s prototype from 1950, which is sufficiently eye-catching and featured in an early Playboy Magazine.
The project has been awarded a 2020 Good Design Award by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.
