“Tripè is a project with a friendly face and a pragmatic heart. Considering it a simple table is an oversimplification. It was conceived to become a truly flexible and multifaceted system, which can give life to a vast line of shapes and sizes of tables and complements for the home and public areas,” according to RadiceOrlandini DesignStudio.
Folco Orlandini and Andrea Radice present Tripé, an extraordinary three-spoke table offering an organic project in which functionality, minimalism, and recognizability find the right synthesis.
Tripé is the new concept of table base manufactured by SCAB.
Its design has been recently awarded a 2021 Good Design Award by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.
A product of outside-the-box-thinking with original style which —thanks to the numerous colors, Tripè —when combined with the top— can be a real piece of furniture.
More than a simple table, it is a multifaceted object that gives life to a new and wide range of bases with various shapes and sizes: Tripè tilting, Tripè Maxi tilting, Tripè, Tripè Maxi and Double Tripè.
The steel base with a die-cast aluminum junction is in fact not a traditional monobloc, it is made up of several elements that can be diversified and replaced according to need.
An industrial project attentive to the financial component, it is a truly flexible and multifaceted system that gives life to a line of tables and complements of various shapes and sizes, ideal for homes and public areas.
