Couplet Care in collaboration with Trig, proudly introduces the Couplet Care Bassinet, a pioneering solution co-designed with parents and health care professionals to transform health experiences and outcomes.
The bassinet’s patented design represents a significant advancement in maternal and infant health care.

The Couplet Care Bassinet is an innovative hospital-grade infant bassinet designed to enhance postpartum care by promoting maternal autonomy, infant safety, and clinical efficiency.
The Couplet Care Bassinet was honored with the prestigious 2024 Good Design Award by The Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design and the European Centre for Architecture, Design, and Urban Studies.
The bassinet features a lower tub wall with access points and can be positioned over the maternal bed, allowing mothers to reach their newborns without assistance, thereby reducing postpartum pain and promoting independence
By enabling mothers to care for their infants independently, the bassinet reduces non-medical calls to nursing staff, allowing clinicians to focus on medical care.
The design encourages skin-to-skin contact and breastfeeding, which are crucial for maternal-infant bonding and health outcomes.
The Couplet Care Bassinet is currently available for sale and distribution within the United States. It has been adopted by various healthcare facilities aiming to improve postpartum care standards.
