Daniel Orozco combines heterogeneous materials to create this totem-like wooden floor lamp

Mexican-based designer Daniel Orozco and his design team present the Mix Lamp, an impressive floor lamp that blends modern aesthetics, elegance, and function.

Mix Lamp has been awarded a Prize Design for Modern Furniture + Lighting 2023 by Global Design News and The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum for Architecture and Design.

Mix Lamp represents what the design team in Daniel Orozco Studio does, combining different materials to create unique pieces showcasing a deep appreciation for natural elements.

The spheres in the lamp are made of black and natural solid wood, pink marble, and volcanic stone.

The screen is made of palm which diffuses the light, creating a soothing and soft illumination.
