The Can-Am Commander XT-P by Denys LaPointe and BRP Design & Innovation Team is a fully loaded light utility ATV with sport-inspired performance.
Redesigned in 2021 for a new generation, it offers a spirited sporty ride that allows the rider to push their limits while providing the storage and utility of a working vehicle.
The Can-Am Commander XT-P was awarded a 2021 Good Design Award by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.
Improved ergonomics provide the Can-Am Commander XT-P superior handling and comfort.
Fun to drive, the Commander XT-P sports has an efficient, high-performance engine, and a host of off-road-ready features.
It has XPS Hammer Force tires on 15 in. cast-aluminum beadlock wheels, LED headlights, and innovative Smart-Lok technology.
This Commander XT-P is fully lockable on-the-fly, with four electronically-controlled automatic modes, the front differential returns to maximum traction in every condition, in milliseconds.
For greater comfort at play or work, the new version of the Can-Am sport-rec vehicle seats two full-size adults, with lower H-points in the vehicle, giving it the best-in-class center of gravity with riders.
The cockpit is ergonomically designed for optimal line of sight.
It also has a ROPS-approved cage and stiffened chassis for ultimate strength.
When seat belts are not attached, the vehicle’s speed is limited to 7 kph.
To help drivers gain experience safely, customers can purchase a second, “learning key” from BRP that can be programmed to limit speed and throttle performance.
Building on the legacy of the existing utility-oriented vehicle improved cargo capacity makes it easy to transport camping or hunting gear, as well as animal feed or wood cuttings.
With a large dumping cargo bed and heavy-duty tailgate, the Commander XT-P has multiple LinQ accessory points.
The numerous storage solutions in the cockpit and rear box are great for coolers and most cargo needs.
There are hidden side compartments in the box that keep the items that you never need but cannot do without close at hand.
